Draft Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan Draft Task Order 2 SPEC Draft Task Order 2 Draft Task Order 1 Draft M67854-17-R-7823 Draft Performance Work Statement Special Notice Supporting Arms Virtual Trainer (SAVT) Synopsis: This Special Notice is ISSUED for the purpose of announcing a planned Industry Day for on 01 September 2017 for the upcoming SAVT source selection. The intent of Industry Day is to help communicate the Government's requirements to industry for the solicitation for the support of the SAVT, projected to be release 25 August 2017 (subject to change). Participation is strictly voluntary and will not affect any company's ability to submit an offer if, or when, a solicitation is released. The SAVT solicitation will be a 100% Small Business set-aside under NAICS 541512. However, Program Management Training Systems (PMTRASYS) SAVT Project Management Team cordially invites all companies to attend to facilitate any teaming arrangements. Response Instructions: Companies wanting to participate in this opportunity must submit a reservation request via email to carrie.burton.ctr@usmc.mil. PHONE RESERVATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Reservation email shall utilize the title "SAVT Reservation". A restriction of three persons per company shall be imposed. Reservation email SHALL contain in the body: 1) company name, 2) Full name of proposed attendees (maximum 3 per company), 3) contact info (email and phone) of ALL proposed attendees. Reservations (or substitutions) requested will be accepted until 1200 local time Orlando, 29 August 2017. In addition, attendees SHALL NOT be substituted after closing date/time of reservation requests. Logistics: This itinerary is subject to change to accommodate operational/training requirements. See below for Camp Lejeune Base Access Information. Unless the individual is registered in RAPID GATE, with valid CAC cards for Camp Lejeune, the MCBCL Pass & ID Requirements apply and Offerors will need to obtain a temporary pass. All Contractors should ensure they bring a valid Drivers License, current Vehicle Registration, Proof of Insurance, and Letter of Employment from Company. Those drivers utilizing a rental car need to provide their rental contract in lieu of vehicle registration and proof of insurance. The Visitor Center is at the main gate, Holcomb Blvd stay in the far right hand lane for the visitor's center parking lot. If needed, please arrive at the visitor center and process your access/vehicle pass in sufficient time to have pass issued and completed by 0900 Local Time. Local base representative and SAVT representative will meet you at the Main Gate Visitor Center for access sponsorship at 0830 LT. We will depart promptly for the SAVT/OP-2 site at 0900 LT. The SAVT site is located in building T-76 at the OP-2 Site on Lyman Road. From the Main Gate proceed to Wison Gate bypass onramp for Sneads Ferry Road, go through the industrial area, approximately 1 mile to the 3rd traffic light. This is Lyman road, turn left and approximately 2 miles down on the left will be a small complex of temporary trailers which house the trainers. The SAVT is the center building. *Do NOT turn off the hard surface road (Lyman Road) until you get to the trainers. The area on each side of the road is maneuver and impact area. Schedule: 0830-0900 : As needed, contractors process access and vehicle pass at the Contractor Visitor Center. 0900: All visitors will meet at Main Gate Contractor Visitor Center and depart for the SAVT site. 0915-0945 Move to SAVT Site 1000-1200 Briefing by PCO and tour of training system 1200-1230 Submittal of written questions (questions may also be submitted after up until time/date delineated in any subsequent solicitation. All questions will be answered via Amendment to the Solicitation under FBO). 1300 End of Site Visit Administrative: NO CLASSIFIED INFORMATION SHALL BE PROVIDED The preceding opportunity is for planning purposes only and does NOT constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise, that a procurement action will be issued. In addition, the Government is under no obligation to pay for information submitted in response to this announcement, and responses to this notice cannot be accepted as offers.
