Description

Training Requirements Central Management system requirements Kiosk Software Requirements Kiosk Hardware requirements The DEA is looking for a Mobile Device/Loose Media Forensic Kiosk System and associated training that can be deployed to field offices and used by first line investigators in order to retrieve data from, but not limited to, tablets, smart phones, media cards, and USB media in an expeditious manner. Industry is invited to bring their products to the Government for evaluation and testing. Vendors must contact Mr. Ryan Gladieux, Digital Forensic Program Manager, to schedule a time with the Digital Evidence Laboratory between September 11, 2017 and September 15, 2017. Format: Vendors must be able to provide written documentation on devices supported by their kiosk unit to include a breakdown with model numbers, OS versions, bypass capabilities, and extraction types. Provide written documentation on mobile device applications supported by their kiosk to include the application name, version, and decoding method. Provide written documentation for each the governments requirements addressing the level to which their solution can fulfill each item required. Physically demonstrate their Kiosk product and training content during the scheduled event and be capable of answering questions/concerns about their kiosk. DIRECT ALL QUESTIONS TO THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST POC TO ENSURE ANSWERS ARE PROVIDED TO ALL PARTIES.
