Description

NAVSUP FLCN, Philadelphia intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with SIEMENS 5095 Ritter Road, Ste 104, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055 pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(i). SIEMENS is the only known source that can provide these services. The requirement consists of NAVSUP HQ SIEMENS HVAC Maintenance services for the period of 27 September 2017 through 26 September 2022 to include services to provide technical support and a preventive maintenance program to the Naval Supply System Command (NAVSUP) headquarters building 309 for the heating and cooling direct digital control systems.. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This synopsis is NOT a request for competitive proposals; however, all responses received within 2 days from the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government whether a competitive procurement is feasible may be based upon responses to this notice and is solely at the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for information submitted in response to this notice. The applicable NAICS Code/Size is 238220/$15M. This purchase is to be processed using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in conjunction with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The Contracting Department of NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Philadelphia Office intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Price contract for this requirement.
