- GRIMES POINT SLURRY SEAL & STRIPING - BLM CARSON CITY DISTRICT The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Nevada State Office has a requirement for a contractor to clean, seal cracks, slurry seal coat, and stripe access road as specified in the statement of work and associated documents. The project area is at the Grimes Point Archaeological Site, located in the BLM Carson City District, Churchill County, NV. See attached Statement of Work for complete specifications and Maps. Davis Bacon Act is applicable and the Department of Labor, Wage Determination is attached. NOTE: Funding is not currently available for this project and it may/may not be awarded. Quotes should be valid for a minimum of 30 days. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. NAICS: 238990 Size Standard: $15.0M, 100% Set-Aside for Total Small Business under the 238990 NAICS code for All Other Specialty Trade Contractors. The Government anticipates award of a single firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. An organized site visit is not scheduled. Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. IN NO EVENT SHALL FAILURE TO INSPECT THE SITE CONSTITUTE GROUNDS FOR A CLAIM AFTER CONTRACT AWARD
