Description

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES OR PROPOSALS. The Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. A solicitation is not currently available. The Government may or may not issue solicitation documents. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 2), is conducting market research for qualified firms, SDVOSB, VOSB or small, that are capable of providing the following products, to the Brooklyn and St. Albans Campuses. This is for the Brand Name of the A-Dec, Inc. Dental Chairs or Equal. Any vendor interested needs to be an authorized reseller, authorized installers and/or manufacturer. Any equal s must be compatible with the infrastructure already in place including floor templates, electrical, and plumbing connections that were installed for the original A-dec chairs. Applicable NAICS Code is 339114, with a Small Business size standard of 750 Employees. Offerors desiring consideration shall email a capabilities statement and the following information directly to the Contracting Officer referencing the following in the subject field, VA242-17-Q-0862 Dental Chairs". Offerors, at the time of response, shall be verified in SAM. Unverified Vendors will be considered non-responsive to the requirements of this sources sought and any resulting solicitation. Offers from unverified Vendors are considered deficient and will not be evaluated. Dental Chairs replacement for Brooklyn and St Albans Scope of Work This procurement request is for 10 Dental Chairs for the NY Harbor Healthcare System Brooklyn Campus and 6 Dental Chairs for the NY Harbor Healthcare System SA campus Item/Quantity Description The Clinics in SA and Brooklyn Campus have been designed with A-Dec templates and the following equipment is requested: Item: A-Dec 500 series complete dental chair system or Equal Quantity: 16 (10 for Brooklyn Campus, 6 for SA campus) A-dec Part numbers: A-dec 511 chair, A-dec 561 Support system, A-dec 571 L LED light, A-dec 551 Assistant Instrument cluter, A-dec 332 TRAD Delivery system, A-dec 421 Doctor s stool, A-dec 422 Assistant Stool, A-dec 41.1456.01 Floor Box, A-dec 90.1097.00 QD kit WTR, A-dec 90.1098.00 QD kit Air, A-dec 82.0305.04 3 way toggle valve. Or Equals Minimum Clinical Performance Requirements: The preference for A-dec chairs or equal is supported by the following: The equipment will replace old A-dec 500 series units The infrastructure including floor templates, electrical, plumbing connections are specifically designed for A-dec units and must be compatible. Installation The company will be responsible to deliver and install the equipment involved in the procurement package.
