- Description
- Solicitation Package: This requirement is to provide services to remove oily water, waste oil, and used coolant from tanks for DLA Aviation Industrial Plant Equipment Services Division at Mechanicsburg, PA. This requirement also includes vacuuming of sludge solids from the sump. Contractor must be knowledgeable with RCA Regulation 40 CFR Part 279 for the disposal/recycling of solid waste. The applicable NAICS Code is 562211 (Hazardous Waste Treatment and Disposal) with a Small Business Size Standard of $38,500,000. This request is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside for Small Business Concerns. See Statement of Work for additional details. Subject to Availability of FY 18 Funds. All relevant solicitation documents, including statement of work, may be accessed for download beginning the date of issue at the following site: http://www.fbo.gov. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management database through www.sam.gov in order to receive a federal government contract. The solicitation package contains the RFQ, SOW, Offer Submission Page, and SCA Wage Rates. A completed SF18 and Attachment #3 is required at time of offer closing.
