Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Wisconsin City: Wausau Delineated Area: North Boundary: Evergreen Dr. South Boundary: South Mountain Rd. / HWY 29 East Boundary: Camp Phillips Rd. West Boundary: County Trunk O Maximum Rentable Sq. Ft.: 26,322 Maximum Usable Sq. Ft. 19,498 Space Type: Office space for Medical/Outpatient Clinic Parking Spaces (Total): 35 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Occupancy Required By: 12/01/2018 (tentative) Space must be handicapped accessible, (ADA compliant), with 180 on-site parking spaces. The space preferred will be first-floor contiguous, but will consider other floor levels with working elevators as long as ADA compliant.
