State: West Virginia City: Wheeling Delineated Area: North: Interstate 70; East: State Highway 250 to Jacob Street, Jacob Street North to 12 th Street, 12 th Street to Eoff Street; South: Interstate 470; West: Ohio River. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,284 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,284 ABOA SF Space Type: Office and related space Parking Spaces (Total): Sixteen (16) surface parking spaces* Full Term: Ten (10) Years Firm Term: Five (5) Years Renewal Option Term: N/A *Additional Requirements: maximum walking distance to parking location is 500 feet. Offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire & Life Safety, accessibility (ABAAS compliance), seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 or 500 year flood plains, offered location subject to verification, etc. Expressions of Interest should include the following: Building name and address Rentable square feet available and rentable rate per square foot Building Common Area Factor a.k.a.
