- Reference Photograph RFQ M00146-17-Q-6201 The Fleet Readiness Center (FRC) East, MCAS Cherry Point, NC has a requirement for a chassis mounted kennel. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The proposed contract action is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 336212 with a corresponding size standard of 1000. Contractors interested in doing business with the government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and ensure their annual representations and certifications are current in SAM.
