Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) intends to issue a firm-fixed-price, sole source contract for two Richard Wolf ureterscopes to VETERAN S HEALTH MEDICAL SUPPLY, 777 MAIN STREET #770, FORT WORTH TEXAS 76102. This is a notice of intent to issue a sole source award to ERA HEALTH LLC dba VETERAN S HEALTH MEDICAL SUPPLY, a VIP Verified SDVOSB, under FAR 6.302-5, Authorized or Required by Statute, Veterans First Contracting Program, as authorized by 38 U.S.C. 8127 and 8128 (Pub. L. 109-461, as amended), implemented under subpart 819.70, is in the best interest of the Government. The NAICS Code that applies to this procurement is 339112; the small business size standard is $1M. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes, competitive proposals, solicitations, or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 7:00am on August 28, 2017.
