- The U.S. Army Contracting Command New Jersey-Emerging Technologies Contracting Center, Benet Laboratories, Watervliet Arsenal, NY (ACC-NJ-ET) on behalf of U.S. Army Armament Research, Development & Engineering Center's (ARDEC), Benet Laboratories is contemplating award of one firm fixed price call order to be competed under previously established Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA). The contractor shall provide electrical, electronics, mechanical and electro-mechanical manufacturing and assembly services for build-to-print end-items (per Government produced TDP's). The material is required to meet MIL-A-46146, Group 1, Type 1. Packaging per MIL-STD-130 and drawing 12528545, bag and tag. Package in a corrugated card board box, not to exceed 40 pound. • The box shall be labeled as follows: CAGE [MFR CAGE CODE] PN 1NUW7-12528545 ADL PIGTAIL ASSEMBLY 25 PCS MFD DATE MM/YY Reports/Deliverables: • The contractor shall prepare and submit the following deliverables within 28 weeks after award of contract.  The vendor shall deliver 50 assemblies per week starting twenty-two (22) weeks after award of contract until quantity is met through twenty-eight (28) weeks.  Certificate of Compliance for each shipment of ADL Pigtail Harness assembly, IAW DI-MISC-81356A  Inspection Reports for each shipment of ADL Pigtail Harness assembly, IAW DI-NDTI-80809B Submission Information: This synopsis is not a request for competitive quotes. However, firms who do not have a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) are invited to identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by contacting the point of contact on this notice.
