Description

The VHA s Network Contracting Office 20, intends to award a sole source contract to an SDVOSB Stone Enterprises, 9027 Cinnabar Ct, Garden Ridge, TX 78266; for Mental Health Exercise Equipment. The contract will be firm-fixed price. This acquisition will be fulfilled under simplified acquisition procedures and other than full and open competition authorized by FAR 6.302-5 per IAW VA PPM Class Deviation 819.7007(a)(4), when making a sole source award the pricing must be made at a fair and reasonable price. The anticipated award date is 28 August 2017. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposal nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the government.
