- The Department of the Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (SSC Pacific) intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Innovative Integration, Inc, of Camarillo, CA. The requirement is for the purchase of four (4) high speed data loggers that are able to continuously & simultaneously record analog data with 16 bit resolution at a sampling rate of at least 250 Million Samples Per Second (MSPS) from SSC Pacific antennas and custom analog receivers. These data loggers must be able to receive and log low frequency (KHz range) signals at 250 MSPS sampling rate. They must not filter out or attenuate lower frequency signals. The data loggers will be used to record electro-magnetic signals from atmospheric events (i.e. lightning), VLF transmitters, and other low frequency signals of opportunity. These signals will be recorded with high precision at multiple locations for the purpose of time synchronization and position tracking. The integrated GPS will be used for post-processed data correlation and as a truth reference. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 6625 and the applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334513, with a business size standard of 750 employees. Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13 apply. Be advised that the aforementioned information is anticipatory in nature and is not binding. This notice is not a request for quotes. A determination by the Government NOT TO COMPETE based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. Questions by phone or fax will not be considered. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this synopsis, and must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of equipment and/or services provided.
