- This FBO advertisement is hereby incorporated into the RLP 17-CENSUS-7FL2446 by way of reference as an RLP attachment. The U.S. GOVERNMENT seeks to lease the following office space through the Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP) to fulfill anticipated 2020 Census Area Office requirements: City: Atlanta State: Georgia Delineated Area: Start at the intersection of Andrew Young International Blvd NE and Ted Turner Dr NW, North on Ted Turner Dr NW/W Peachtree ST NW to 14 th St NE, East on 14 th St NE to Juniper St NE, South on Juniper St NE/Courtland St NE to Andrew Young International Blvd NE, West on Andrew Young International Blvd NE to Ted Turner Dr NW close to the AOC Minimum ABOA SF: 7,000 Maximum ABOA SF: 7,300 Space Type: Office Term: 25 months, 16 months firm Parking: 2 Reserved Spaces, on-site or within 3 blocks Unique Requirements: Cannot be co-located with local, state or federal law enforcement, judicial or regulatory agencies such as Customs and Border Protection, the courts, or IRS; must have a loading dock or acceptable alternative; if not located on the ground floor then there must be either a freight elevator or passenger elevator that can be used as a freight elevator with a door opening of at least 42 inches. Refer to RLP Package 17-CENSUS-7GA2236 posted on the AAAP Website (aaap.gsa.gov) for a complete listing of unique requirements. HOW TO OFFER: The Government is using the Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP) to satisfy the above Census space requirement. The AAAP application, located at https://aaap.gsa.gov, enables interested parties to offer space for lease to the Federal Government in response to RLP Package 17-CENSUS-7FL2446. Offered space must comply with RLP Package 17-CENSUS, posted on https://aaap.gsa.gov, and must meet Federal Government, State, and Local jurisdiction requirements, including requirements for fire and life safety, security, accessibility, energy, and sustainability standards in accordance with the terms of the Lease. Interested parties must go to the AAAP website, select the orange "Registration" link and follow the instructions to register. Instructional guides and video tutorials are offered on the AAAP homepage and in the "HELP" tab on the AAAP website. Once registered, interested parties may enter offers during any "Open Period". A 20 day Open Period will be provided through September 7, ending at 11:59 p.m. EST) when the RLP is made available for the first wave of locations. Thereafter, the Open Period is the 1st through the 7th of each month, ending at 11:59 p.m. EST. Offers cannot be submitted during the Closed Period (8th through the end of each month) and will not be considered for projects executed during that time period. Lease award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable offer, without negotiations, based upon the RLP requirements package found on the AAAP website. During the Open Period, offerors will be permitted to submit new offers or modify existing offers. Offerors can draft an offer at any time; however, you can only submit an offer during the Open Period. All RLP Package documents can be found at https://aaap.gsa.gov or https://lop.gsa.gov. At the bottom of the homepage, before logging in, select 'Census' from the drop-down list under the section titled 'View AAAP Solicitations for Offer Package" then click the 'View RLPs' button. Once logged in, the RLP Package is available by clicking the 'RLP & Lease Documents' link at the top of the page and performing a search.
