- Pricing Spreadsheet This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912J2-17-R-2512 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, Effective 19 January 2017. It is the contractors' responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This procurement is set aside 100% for small businesses. The North American Industrial Classification System Code is 336360 with a small business size standard of 1500 employees. The award will be a firm fixed price contract and quotes will be evaluated on lowest price that meets salient characteristics. Please provide or equal documentation for any comparison. Please submit a quote for the following line item: -0001: KC-135 Air Frame Pilot/Co-Pilot Seat Cushion Sets that include a back core and cover, bottom core and cover with fabric and wool. Coastal Seat Cushion Part Number 341350PC or Equal. Seat cushions will provide flotation capability in accordance with FAA TSO-C72C. All materials used in the construction of the seat cushions meet flammability requirements in accordance with FAA Regulations for Transport Category Aircraft, Paragraph 25.853(b) and Appendix F, Part 1. --Quantity: 20 EACH -0002: KC-135 Air Frame Navigator/Boom Operator Seat Cushion Sets that shall include a back core and cover, bottom core and cover with fabric and wool. Coastal Seat Cushions Part Number 341350NB or Equal. Seat cushions will provide flotation capability in accordance with FAA TSO-C72C. All materials used in the construction of the seat cushions meet flammability requirements in accordance with FAA Regulations for Transport Category Aircraft, Paragraph 25.853(b) and Appendix F, Part 1. --Quantity: 20 EACH -0003: KC-135 Jumpseat w/fabric. Coastal Seat Cushion Part Number 301350J or Equal. Seat cushions will provide flotation capability in accordance with FAA TSO-C72C. All materials used in the construction of the seat cushions meet flammability requirements in accordance with FAA Regulations for Transport Category Aircraft, Paragraph 25.853(b) and Appendix F, Part 1. --Quantity: 10 EACH -0004: KC-135 Headrest w/cover. Coastal Seat Cushions Part Number 31135 or Equal. --Quantity: 40 EACH -0005: KC-135 Nav/Boom Left & Right Armrests w/cover (set of 2 in blue). Coastal Seat Cushions Part Number 31067-3-019 or Equal. --Quantity: 20 EACH -0006: KC-135 Left Boom Instructor Couch w/fabric (Visco-elastic foam). Coastal Seat Cushions Part Number 3013501SL or Equal. Seat cushions will provide flotation capability in accordance with FAA TSO-C72C. All materials used in the construction of the seat cushions meet flammability requirements in accordance with FAA Regulations for Transport Category Aircraft, Paragraph 25.853(b) and Appendix F, Part 1. --Quantity: 10 EACH -0007: KC-135 Right Boom Instructor Couch w/fabric (Visco-elastic foam). Coastal Seat Cushions Part Number 3013501SR or Equal. Seat cushions will provide flotation capability in accordance with FAA TSO-C72C. All materials used in the construction of the seat cushions meet flammability requirements in accordance with FAA Regulations for Transport Category Aircraft, Paragraph 25.853(b) and Appendix F, Part 1. --Quantity: 10 EACH -0008: KC-135 Boom Operator Couch w/fabric (Visco-elastic foam/center boom cushion). Coastal Seat Cushions Part Number 301350BS or Equal. Seat cushions will provide flotation capability in accordance with FAA TSO-C72C. All materials used in the construction of the seat cushions meet flammability requirements in accordance with FAA Regulations for Transport Category Aircraft, Paragraph 25.853(b) and Appendix F, Part 1. --Quantity: 10 EACH -0009: KC-135 Boom Operator Chin Rest. Coastal Seat Cushions Part Number 301350CR or Equal. Seat cushions will provide flotation capability in accordance with FAA TSO-C72C. All materials used in the construction of the seat cushions meet flammability requirements in accordance with FAA Regulations for Transport Category Aircraft, Paragraph 25.853(b) and Appendix F, Part 1. --Quantity: 10 EACH -0010: Delivery/Freight - Delivery will be made to: 128th Air Refueling Wing, 1919 E Grange Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53207 This effort is a high priority requirement in support of the National Guard. Funds are not presently available to make award. If funds become available for award, and prices are deemed fair and reasonable, it is the Government's intent to make award. This is not a commitment of funds or contract award. Pricing shall be submitted in CLIN Structure shown in the attached "Pricing Spreadsheet".
