- Description
- Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Beaufort, South Carolina has a requirement for items to contain and clean up oil spills. Items include, drain inserts, spill kits, spill containment pallets, truck spill kits, spill containment berms, repair kit, absorbent mat pads, absorbent booms, hand transfer pumps, and drum spill trays. It is the Government's intention to issue a firm fixed price purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. The proposed acquisition will be set-aside 100% for Small Business. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 562910, Remediation Services. The Small Business Size Standard is $20.5 Million. The Government will solicit and award this contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. The Government intends to award to the lowest price technically acceptable offer. Award will be issued on an all or none basis. The solicitation No. M6700117Q1411 will be posted on or about 5 days after this posting and made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site at www.fbo.gov. It is the responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov. Contractors must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them at the SAM website www.sam.gov. All prospective offers interested in submitting an offer must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE code). Contracts must be registered with Invoicing, Receipt, Acceptance and Property Transfer (iRAPT) previously known as Wide Area Workflow Receiving and Acceptance (WAWF-RA) at www.wawf.eb.mil.
