- Draft Statement of Objectives (SOO) Form for Attendee RSVP and Submission of Questions This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes. It does not constitute a solicitation or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. This notice does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is not seeking proposals at this time. Respondents are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. All costs associated with responding to this notice will be solely at the responding party's expense. The CDC will host a pre-solicitation conference on Tuesday, September 12, 2017, at the Wilbur J. Cohen Federal Building, Cohen Auditorium, located at 330 Independence Avenue SW, Washington, DC 20407. The event is scheduled from 10:00am - 3:00pm. The intent of this event is to discuss the attached Statement of Objectives (SOO) and provide insight to inform CDC's goal of achieving the tasks described. All interested vendors are cordially invited to attend the pre-solicitation conference. A maximum of three (3) visitors per vendor or interested party shall be allowed. This is a new requirement. The work is not currently being performed by the CDC or under any existing contract or grant. Interested parties and vendors are directed to send an RSVP by submitting the completed Excel spreadsheet to Mr. Bryan Heartsfield at yji0@cdc.gov by Friday, September 1, 2017, at 11:00 am EST. Please copy Lauren Peel at ijt9@cdc.gov. CDC strongly encourages the submission of questions with the RSVP.
