Description
supply and deliver a fully assembled (including attachments) 2017 4X4 electric off road vehicle at Gull Lake Recreation Area, and accept a trade-in and removal of a 2005 Kawasaki Mule 3010 4X4. 2017 Electric Off-Road Vehicle The contractor shall supply and deliver a fully assembled (including attachments) 2017 4X4 electric off road vehicle at Gull Lake Recreation Area, and accept a trade-in and removal of a 2005 Kawasaki Mule 3010 4X4. The vehicle shall have the following minimum features: • Single 48 Volt, high-efficiency, ac-induction motor • Direct drive transmission with low noise gears • On demand all wheel drive with turf mode • Tubular steel overhead structure • 9" front suspension • 9" dual arm rear suspension • 4 wheel hydraulic disc brakes with dual bore front calipers • Hand actuated parking brake • 12" tires designed for turf and asphalt applications • Stamped steel wheels with a minimum of 72" wheel base • Minimum of 10" ground clearance • Minimum 32"x 42"x 11.5" box • Minimum 1,000 lb payload capacity • Tow package with a minimum 1,500 lb. hitch tow rating with standard 2" receiver • 50 watt headlights and LED tail lights (brake lights) • Digital hour meter, mode indicator, DC outlet, hi-temp light, change cycle indicator, and battery life indicator • Electric cargo box lift kit • Solid color • Front brush guard • Charging kit • Poly hard-coat flip down windshield • Polyethylene roof • Front and rear turn signals • Rear-view mirror • Side mirrors (2) • Three point seat belts Attachments Required: • Three point hitch system with a minimum 60" landscape rake • Hitch mounted material spreader that attaches to vehicles electrical system ALL QUOTES SHALL INCLUDE MAKE AND MODEL OF PROPOSED VEHICLE AS WELL THE CUT/SPEC SHEET FOR THE PROPOSED VEHICLE. Delivery: US Army Corps of Engineers Gull Lake Recreation Area 10867 East Gull Lake Drive Brainerd, MN 56401 POC: Brian Turner, 651-290-5771, brian.w.turner@usace.army.mil The Contractor shall notify the Government a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Delivery shall be between the hours of 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM CST Monday through Friday, except on Government holidays. Any delivery arriving after 3:00 PM will not be accepted by Government personnel until the next work period as designated above. TRADE-IN The contractor shall pick up the trade-in Kawasaki Mule 3010 listed below at Gull Lake Recreation Area on the same day as the delivery of the new UTV: Specifications: 2005 Kawasaki Mule 3010 4X4 Hours = 2,450 Serial Number: JK1AFCE136B542240 Accessories Include: Electric lift dump, brush guard, standard hitch, fold down windshield, canvas roof cover, battery auxiliary switch
