- Attachment 4 - Wage Determination Attachment 3 - Bid Schedule - Boiler Controls Attachment 2 - PWS - Boiler Controls Attachment 1 - COMBO The contractor shall provide all management, labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, supplies, personal protective equipment, transportation and other incidentals necessary to travel to Hanscom AFB, MA and perform the controls maintenance of all equipment at the central heating plant. The contractor shall be responsible for ensuring all services and parts provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the manufacturer's equipment specifications, ETL 11-25 Implementation of Major and Area Source Rules as Applied to Boiler Tune-ups and Energy Assessments for the Boiler MACT Rule, EPA 40 CFR Part 63, 310 CMR 7.19 and attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). There are four (4) attachments to this solicitation.
