- Combination Synopsis Solicitation CLIN 0001 - One (1) Sulfur Hexafluoride Liquefaction System and Storage CLIN 0002 - Any and all applicable shipping charges Specifications/Requirement: 1) System shall be capable of converting gaseous Sulfur Hexafluoride to its liquid phase. Within 24 hours (or less) the system shall be capable of liquefying 325 pounds (or more) of sulfur hexafluoride. 2) System shall come with a sufficient number of storage tanks for 325 liquid pounds of Sulfur Hexafluoride. Tanks need not be physically carried by the liquefaction unit. If tanks are not physical carried by the liquefaction unit they shall be of a standard tank size such as a Q, D, S, K, T, or 3K. 3) The liquefaction system shall be supplied with connections and hose (length of 9 feet or more) to the storage tank(s) that permit the liquefaction process to continue without user intervention of at least 325 pounds of liquid Sulfur Hexafluoride. The user will if needed begin and terminate the liquefaction process once completed. 4) The residual sulfur hexafluoride gas pressure in the vessel being evacuated shall be brought down to 5 millibar or less. 5) The hose from the liquefaction unit to the evacuated vessel shall be 9 feet or more in length and shall be terminated with a 150 ASA B16.5 105 flange. 6) System shall be capable of being powered by 110 Volts 60 Hertz and be equipped with a NEMA plug 5-15P (or compatible) to power the unit. 7) System shall be capable of running unattended for 24 hours or more with a ambient temperature of approximately 70 degrees Fahrenheit and a relative humidity of approximately 40 percent.
