Description

The action being approved is a restriction of fair consideration to all GSA Schedule awardees under the GSA IT 70 Schedule, SIN 132-62 (Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 Product and Service Components). A modification to task order GSQ0314DS0008 under the ICF Jacob and Sundstrom, Inc.’s (ICF) GSA IT 70 Schedule contract GS-35F-4997G is required to support HSPD-12 security applications and provide OIS/DSA with additional program management. ICF is the only source capable of providing the expertise required for this additional support.
