- Revised Exhibit A - Global Lease - Changes to Exhibit A are identified in RLP Amendment 1 RLP Amendment of Solicitation 1 U.S. GOVERNMENT U.S. Farm Service Agency (FSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:IN City:Connersville Delineated Area:North: At the intersection of CO RD 225 W and CO RD 300 N go East to SR 1 then North to CO RD 450 N then East to WATERLOO RD then South to CO RD 400 N then East to CO RD 185 E then South to CO RD 400 N then East to CO RD 350 E.
