- VA HR-LOB hypercare, training, employee transition warning, and FTE Adjustment Factor. Summary of effort: Mod 058 LSJ summary: The attached LSJ pertains to the issuance of Modification 058 to add within scope efforts related to VA HR-LOB based Hypercare, training, employee transition warning, developing views/alerts/notifications and pagelets and providing an FTE Adjustment Factor which enables the PAID Master Return interface to include this attribute in its outgoing interface file. Modification 058 incorporates the requirements in Project Change Request (PCR) 033. A full summary of all changes to this requirement are included in PCR 033 and are accepted and made part of this modification. PCR 033 also includes both IBM and VA responsibilities for the requirements being added to the task order under Modification 058.
