- N02CO72611-8_Attachment 1_HHS Section 508 Template RFQ The National Cancer Institute (NCI), Division of Cancer Control and Population Sciences (DCCPS), Healthcare Delivery Research Program (HDRP), Healthcare Assessment Research Branch requires technical support for SEER-Medicare data users. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, # N02CO72611-8, is issued as a request for quote (RFQ), and includes all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAR Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-94,2005-95 / 01-19-2017, simplified acquisition procedures for commercial items. The North American Industry Classification System code is 541990 and the business size standard is $15,000,000. Only one award will be made as a result of this solicitation.
