- Description
- This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term contract, which will include NSN 6685-01-303-4169, Harness, Thermocouple in accordance with Thermocontrol Inc., CAGE 65410, P/N 414-0074-5, Ametek Inc. dba Ametek Aerospace, CAGE 97424, P/N 8TE5ABA-2, General Electric Company dba GE, CAGE 99207 P/N 37E501260P105. The proposed contract will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract in accordance with FAR Part 15. The period of performance will be a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. The solicitation will be issued as unrestricted using other than full and open competition. The RFP will be issued for an estimated annual quantity of 155 each for the base year and each option year. Offers will be solicited with production delivery of 171 days ARO. Terms are FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin covering DLA Direct requirements only. Clause 252.225-7021, Trade Agreements applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. The solicitation will be made in writing and will issue on or about September 6, 2017.
