Complete quotes shall be emailed to the contract specialist no later than the due date. All small business concerns may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil/). Description of Requirement: H-60 Black Hawk Aircraft Fall Protection Work Stands (AFPWS) The government is seeking a qualified contractor to fabricate, deliver, and install H-60 Black Hawk Aircraft Fall Protection Work Stands (AFPWS). AFPWS are to be fabricated in accordance with government drawings. A total of eighteen AFPWS are required. Six stands are to be delivered in the Base Year, six in option period one, and the remaining six in option period two. **GOVERNMENT DRAWINGS ARE NOT ATTACHED TO THIS RFQ** INTERESTED CONTRACTORS SHALL PROVIDE THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST A SIGNED COPY OF THE NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT ATTACHED TO THIS SOLICITATION VIA EMAIL.
