- This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. The solicitation W912LA-17-T-0066 is issued as a Request for Quotations. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, effective 19 January 2017. This solicitation is unrestricted. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 423840. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is 100 employees. The California National Guard has a requirement for 20 each metal storage containers delivered to various locations throughout California. Each container must be 20 feet x 8 feet x 8 feet, wind & water tight, grade A condition, new paint (beige) on outside only, 2 flat vents, lockable with lifting eyes, and CSC Certification.
