- AMENDMENT NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W9124C-17-T-0006 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 511210 with a small business size standard of $38.50M. This requirement is unrestricted and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2017-08-31 12:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com. FOB Destination shall be Fort Buchanan, null null The MICC Fort Jackson requires the following items, Meet or Exceed, to the following: Base Period of Performance: 09/11/2017 - 09/10/2018 LI 001: CIMS Installation. The contractor shall provide products and/or services for all configurations of a Crisis Incident Management Software (CIMS). Services should include: Plugin(s), Professional Mapper, Process and validation, Offsite configuration, Administrator, Installation non Customer Remote Servers and project management. Refer to PWS 5.1., 1, EA; LI 002: CMIS Maintenance & Repair. Repair, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance based on the requirement for the Fort Buchanan CIMS software. To include software updates and upgrades,Security Patches. See PWS 5.1.1., 1, EA; LI 003: CIMS Training. CIMS Training shall be provided at the request of the user. User training shall be provided during the first year of installation., 1, EA; LI 004: CAC/PKI Interface. CAC/PKI Interface; Allows for a single sign on interface to the CIMRS that will allow CAC users the ability to log directly to the system after having logged into their computer with their CAC without having to provide a username and password. See PWS 5.1.2., 1, EA; Option 1 Period of Performance: 09/11/2018 - 09/10/2019 LI 001: CIMS Installation. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, MICC Fort Jackson intends to document bids online to be facilitated by the third-party Marketplace, FedBid, Inc. FedBid has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to document pricing. Offerors may submit bids during the specified period of time. MICC Fort Jackson is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids.
