Description

VA250-17-N-1098 Sources Sought Notice Sterrad NX and Sterrad 100S Preventative Maintenance/Repair Services This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by the Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 at 8888 Keystone Crossing, Indianapolis Indiana 46240 to identify other sources that are capable of providing a comprehensive service maintenance plan for the STERRAD NX and STERRAD 100S equipment located at the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 W. 10th St., Indianapolis, IN 46202. Vendor must be able to perform services at hundred percent and possess authority to perform the requirement of preventive maintenance and repair services for Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP) STERRAD NX and STERRAD 100S. The expected period of performance is a base period not to exceed one (1) year, plus one (1) options of one (1) year in length. If this is a service your business can provide, please respond to this Sources Sought Notice by 3:00 p.m. EDT on September 1, 2017. Responses should include: (1) Business Name and Address (2) Point of Contact Name, Phone Number, and E-mail Address (3) DUNS and NAICS code (4) Business Size: SMALL or LARGE (5) Type of Business: SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED, VETERAN OWNED, 8A, HUBZone, WOMAN-OWNED, etc. All businesses eligible to provide this services are encouraged to reply as this information may be used to determine potential set-asides for the above-noted service.
