- SOW Site Visit Instructions Eval Factors Solicitation Solicitation # W911SD-17-T-0410 The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation to replace a TMP Membrane Filtration at West Point, NY. This requirement will be 100% set aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS code 221310 - Water Supply & Irrigation Systems, size standard is $ 27.5 Mil and FSC/PSC of S114. In order to be eligible for award firms must be registered as a Small Business under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov.
