- Description of Requirements and Clauses Statement of Work Schedule of Supplies Fairfax County - SCA Wage Determinations Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Office of Information and Technology (OIT) National Data Center 3 Bio hazard Cleaning Services RFQ HSBP1017Q0129 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. No formal solicitation package will be issued. Solicitation number HSBP1017Q0129 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for bio-hazard cleaning services as described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Offers will be evaluated in accordance with the criteria contained therein. This is a total small business set-aside; offerors must meet the NAICS code 561720 and Small Business Administration size standard of $18 Million. Prospective contractors who believe they can successfully quote must provide specific detailed documentation to support such claims of abilities. The Government will review any submittals received in response to this notice prior to 3:00 PM Eastern Time on August 29, 2017. All documentation must be submitted via email to kathrena.r.haefler@cbp.dhs.gov. It is requested that your quote remain valid through September 30, 2017. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred in the preparation of responses to this announcement. This is the only notice that will be issued for these items. Questions regarding this combined synopsis/solicitation must be submitted no later than August 28, 2017 by 12:00 PM Eastern Time via email only to Kathrena Haefler at kathrena.r.haefler@cbp.dhs.gov.
