- R17PS00765 - Combined Synopsis/Solicitation On-Site Tool Calibration for Hoover Dam - BPA (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) To facilitate electronic quote submissions through FedBizOpps, a request for quote (RFQ No. R17PS00765) is being issued subsequent to this combined solicitation/synopsis. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular number 2005-95, dated 01/19/2017. (iv) This requirement is available for full and open competition. There is no small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is: 541380 Testing Laboratories. The small business size standard for NAICS Code 541380 is $15.0 million. (v) Line item 0001 - On-Site Tool Calibration - First Year, in accordance with Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Appendix A - Calibration Lists. Line item 0002 - On-Site Tool Calibration - Second Year, in accordance with Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Appendix A - Calibration Lists. Line item 0003 - On-Site Tool Calibration - Third Year, in accordance with Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Appendix A - Calibration Lists. Line item 0004 - On-Site Tool Calibration - Fourth Year, in accordance with Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Appendix A - Calibration Lists. The PWS provides a more detailed description of the requirement and is attached to the RFQ at FedConnect.net (public opportunity reference number R17PS00765). Line item 0005 - On-Site Tool Calibration - Fifth Year, in accordance with Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Appendix A - Calibration Lists. (vi) The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement for a contractor to come to Hoover Dam, annually (for up to 5 years) and perform calibrations of various tools (all the requirements are listed in Attachment 1 - PWS). Reclamation anticipates awarding one 5-year BPA as a result of this RFQ. (vii) Performance is anticipated begin in October 2017 at Hoover Dam, U.S. Highway 95, Boulder City, NV 89005.
