Statement of Work Stryker Sonopet The Styker Sonopet is an Ultrasonic Aspirator that is versatile for precise control of soft tissue while allowing for fine bone dissection in close proximity to delicate structures. This Aspirator delivers precise fragmentation, while allowing the surgeons to independently control power, suction, and irrigation with one headpiece. The handpiece offers a variety of tips and provides true synergy of control and efficiency. The Sonopet is the only ultrasonic aspirator to effectively address fine bone/hard tissue dissection by coupling torsional oscillation and longitudinal vibration. Through Strykers patented technology, combined with precise control and ergonomically designed headpiece, it makes it possible to emulsify bone without grabbing or kicking due to non-rotational reciprocation motion, which is common amongst other technology. The Stryker Sonopet allows running headpieces at multiple frequencies through a single connection port. It also allows for independent or synchronized control of critical features including power, suction, and irrigation. The styker sonopet accommodates a non-sequential set-up process, reducing set up time and increasing efficiency. It also provides onboard suction and irrigation, making the system and stand alone unit. Benefits of the Stryker Sonopet include: Lightweight, ergonomic design provides superb tactile feedback Universal headpiece for both bone and tissue applications 25kHz Universal headpiece partnered with an additional 34kHz headpiece, allows for a tailored use, specific to procedural needs Large portfolio of tips includes 5 soft tissue tips, 4 fibrous tissue tips, and 11 bone tips Standard and Super Long lengths allow for access into a variety of depths, which is particularly useful in applications where minimally invasive approaches are required Available in a variety of diameters and lengths Allows for adjustable surface exposure through detachable frangible sections
