- Provisions & Clauses SMARTnet Renewal Products Overview/Scope The Maritime Administration seeks a contractor to Re-establish Cisco Smartnet support [Premium 24x7x4 (SNTP)] for the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) IT Department Kings Point, NY. Evaluation Criteria The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror who offer is the lowest technically acceptable. Instructions/Other Information Only quotes submitted by small business will be accepted by the Government Any quote submitted by an offeror that is not small business will not be considered for award Interested offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov in order to be eligible to receive an award from any Government solicitation. Also, offerors must ensure annual Representations and Certifications are current or complete them on the SAM website. It is the prospective offeror's responsibility The government reserves the right to not award to any vendor not registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of award.
