Description

The Louis Stokes VA Medical Center, Cleveland, OH has a requirement for the following items. All items will be delivered and installed per Statement of Work (to be provided at a later date). This RFI is an invitation to a select group of vendors to submit proposals for brand name or equal items listed in the attached specifications document. The intent is to obtain information leading to the selection of products that will best meet the needs of the end user, while ensuring best value to the government. Respondents are instructed to provide specific product information to include any contract information (if on contract), and any applicable shipping and handling charges. Each item listed in the attached document must be quoted, and match the specifications (PN) provided. Please see attached document which outlines specifications/salient characteristics.
