Description

VA250-17-N-1091 Sources Sought Notice Endo, Flexible, and Rigid Scopes Preventative Maintenance/Repair Services This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by the Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 at 8888 Keystone Crossing, Indianapolis Indiana 46240 to identify other sources that are capable of providing preventive maintenance services, emergency maintenance services, technical telephone support, parts, labor and shipping for all endo, flexible, and rigid scopes, totaling ninety-three (93) scopes located at the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 W. 10th St., Indianapolis, IN 46202. Vendor must be able to perform services at hundred percent and possess training certification that demonstrates the contractor s ability to perform the requirement of preventive maintenance services, emergency maintenance services, technical telephone support, parts, labor and shipping for all endo, flexible, and rigid scopes. The expected period of performance is a base period not to exceed one (1) year, plus four (4) options of one (1) year in length. If this is a service your business can provide, please respond to this Sources Sought Notice by 3:00 p.m. EDT on August 30, 2017. Responses should include: (1) Business Name and Address (2) Point of Contact Name, Phone Number, and E-mail Address (3) DUNS and NAICS code (4) Business Size: SMALL or LARGE (5) Type of Business: SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED, VETERAN OWNED, 8A, HUBZone, WOMAN-OWNED, etc. All businesses eligible to provide this services are encouraged to reply as this information may be used to determine potential set-asides for the above-noted service.
