PR: 69302457 NSN: 5945-01-325-2818 ITEM: relay, electromagnetic QTY: 80 EACH DELIVERY: 330 days The shipping destinations will be San Diego, CA and Jacksonville, FL Quantity price breaks from 50 up to 120 units may be included in the solicitation Item will be solicited under Full and Open Competition. This is a Qualified Products List (QPL) item and will be procured: IAW Basic Spec. NR MIL-V-81995/6(1) Revision NR 1 DTD 07/03/1985 Part Piece Number: M81995/6-2, IAW Reference Spec. NR MIL-V-81995 Not 1 Revision NR DTD 08/25/1987 Part Piece Number: M81995/6-2 Once the solicitation is issued, product supplied to the above Specification shall be manufactured by an accredited manufacturer (for components and assemblies) and/or assembled by an accredited manufacturer or accredited assembling distributor (for assemblies) as listed in the PR QML or QPL for this standard. Governing Specification Number: MIL-V-81995 Qualification Requirements (e.g. QPL): information on qualification requirements may be obtained at http://qpldocs.dla.mil/ First Article Testing is not required. Inspection / Acceptance at Destination FOB Origin. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. If this acquisition is for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) or has an APO/FPO ship-to address, FDT will not apply and normal procedures should be followed. For FDT program transportation requirements, see DLAD clauses 52.247-9059 F.O.B. Origin, Government Arranged Transportation and 52.247-9058, First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program - Shipments Originating Outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS). Additional information about FDT can be found on the FDT website ( http://www.dla.mil/FDTPI/ ). This solicitation is an RFP and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on its issue date of September 7, 2017. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available, and must be downloaded from the internet site above. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of Price, Delivery, Past Performance and Socioeconomic as described in the solicitation.
