Description

USSOCOM ATL-KS intends to solicit on other than full and open competition basis for CTL-SystemWare Raider III Warranty Renewal. The procurement is being processed through other than full and open competition pursuant to the statutory authority of FAR 13.501(a). The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with CTL-SystemWare on a sole source basis. Interested person may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Charon operating as CTL-SystemWare, Inc. is the sole provider of Raider III systems and their associated software. CTL-SystemWare does not have any additional USA Resellers/Distributors. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. If parties choose to respond, any cost associated with preparation and submission of data or any other cost incurred in response to this announcement are the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government. The anticipated date of award is 6 September 2017. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, based on responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
