Description

The proposed contract action is for the commercial supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Interested persons may identify their capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received within ten days after the date of publication of this notice of intent. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Allied Associates International is the supplier, who can provide the licenses for SocioSpyder. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 541511.
