- Description
- The 673d Contracting Squadron in Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, intends to award a sole source purchase order to The Boeing Company as a result of them being the authorized supplier of the PTIU part number 10112-117-1. Since there are no other authorized suppliers, only The Boeing Company can fulfill this requirement. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) & 13.106(b). The anticipated award date is after 8 September 2017. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above. Deadline date for the submittals is 7 September 2017 at 2 pm Alaska Time. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
