- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Massachusetts City: Dorchester, MA Delineated Area: City Limits of Dorchester, MA Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,196 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,556 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 12 months Firm Term: Option Term: Additional Requirements: Space shall be contiguous on one floor The space must meet requirements for fire-safety plus handicapped access in accordance with ABAAS guidelines. Space shall be located within a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Expressions of Interest should include the following: •1) Building name and address, and location of space in the building. •2) CAD drawing of space offered. •3) ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet •4) Rentable Square Feet Offered •5) Percentage of Common Area Factor used to Determine the Rentable Square Feet •6) Estimated rental rate with a reference to the amount of tenant improvement allowance that is included in the proposed rate and whether the rate if offered on a fully serviced, NNN or modified gross basis. If the rate is not offered on a fully serviced basis, the offeror shall provide estimated additional net terms to bring the rent up to a fully serviced equivalent. •7) Number of parking spaces available on the premises. •8) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted.
