This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is No. F8T3CS7189AW01 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Request for Quotes are due by September 23, 2017, 1:00 p.m. (PST). The RFQ will result in a firm fixed price contract. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238210 - Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. The Oregon Air National Guard is soliciting quotes to procure the following supply or services: CLIN 0001: Install conduit junction boxes and all needed infrastructure to bring Communication to Building 212 from the communications room in 210 Materials and Requirements: Contractor to provide personnel, labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to perform in accordance with the attached statement of work. Exterior improvements are limited to penetrations needed for connection from building 212 to building 210 communications room. Interior improvements: o Installation of conduits and pull boxes associated with new communications drops in building 212. o Two communications drops will be installed in 212 one each on the east and west wall as in the attached drawings. o The communications drops will be quad plates with four RG-45 connections with (4) CAT6 cables connected to each. o All installed wire in the barns will be inside conduit installed to industry and government standards. o A pull box will be installed in no less than 100' increments. The pull box will conform to all applicable standards dependent on location o A patch panel and self-contained environmentally controlled rack will be installed to accommodate a network switch with conduit connecting to the newly installed communications drops in 212 and the communications room in building 210. o Option: installing fiber from bldg. 210 frame room to equipment rack in bldg. 212. Terminate fiber on both ends in the racks label as per base standards. Period of Performance is 45 days. Contractor must clean-up around the work area upon completion. SITE VISIT: No site visit deemed necessary for this requirement.
