- GSA OGP ME Special Notice - Vendor Recruitment Approach for DCOI Technology Resources Summit. Event Date: November 20, 2017 (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET) Event Location: GSA Headquarters, 1800 F Street NW, Washington, DC 20405 Event Sponsors: GSA’s Office of Government-wide Policy (OGP) and Advanced Technology Academic Research Center (“ATARC”) Event Registration: Registration Open until September 15, 2017 at 5:00 PM ET OR until ALL 30 Demonstration Tables are Filled EVENT PURPOSE/OBJECTIVES ● To facilitate information sharing with data center support companies from the following categories: DCIM, energy efficiency, containment, cloud, commercial (i.e., contractor-owned and contractor-operated (COCO)/co-location (COLO)) data centers, migration support ● To provide Federal IT, procurement and data center professionals the opportunity to interact with vendors who provide resources, products and solutions for data center optimization, operations, migration, connectivity and cloud that can be implemented in alignment with Data Center Optimization Initiative Memorandum (M-16-19) ● To support both OMB memorandum M-16-19 and the latest cyber Executive Order 13800 SUMMIT AUDIENCE ● Federal Government IT, procurement and data center professionals ● Non-Federal professionals and industry reps from data center support companies, specifically DCIM, energy efficiency, containment, cloud services, migration support and commercial (COCO/COLO) data centers ● The event is not limited to Federal employees VENDOR DEMONSTRATIONS The following Vendor categories are invited to provide demo tables: ● Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) Vendors (10 vendor capacity) ● Energy efficiency consultants (4 Vendor capacity) ● Containment Vendors (4 Vendor capacity) ● Migration support companies (4 Vendor capacity) ● Data Center Providers (e.g. COLO) (4 Vendor capacity) ● Cloud Service Providers (4 Vendor capacity)
