Description
This is a Sources Sought Notice. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified sources and whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. The NAICS code is 811219 and the size standard is $20.5M. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price contract to the successful Offeror. The Brian Allgood Army Community Hospital (BAACH)/121st Combat Support Hospital and outlying health clinics have a requirement for Maintenance & Repair Services including 24/7 telephone support, parts and asset replacement and hardware/software upgrades for PYXIS Automated Systems located in the Pharmacy Department at Brian Allgood Army Community Hospital (BAACH) and Outlying clinic Pharmacies at Camp Casey, Camp Humphreys, Camp Red Cloud, Camp Carroll and Camp Walker; South Korea. Preventive maintenance and repair services for government-owned CareFusion PYXIS Automated Systems includes all labor, parts, material and travel in accordance with Original Automated Systems Manufacturer (OEM) established practices and service manuals. The Contractor shall provide trained personnel for on-site support, to include labor, travel, tools, hardware, firmware, materials, supplies, parts and test, measurement, & diagnostic Automated Systems (TMDE) necessary to perform all operations in connection with scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) and/or calibration (CAL) procedures as well as unscheduled repair visits as needed in order to maintain the listed Automated Systems and/or its components if any, in a fully functional state, in accordance with (IAW) the Original Automated Systems Manufacturer (OEM) specifications. The contractor shall also provide remote support services via B2B Gateway for troubleshooting system performance including interface, which shall be provided by the Contractor to support the efforts of all onsite activities, both comprehensive PYXIS maintenance support. The contractor shall provide all support related to interfaces that have been established to support the configuration of PYXIS Automated Systems. Diagnostic support and repair for the Contractor's side of all interfaces are included at no additional charge. Repairs to interfaces due to changes to the Government side of a given interface are chargeable events, as is support for conversions to new HIT, Materials or Pharmacy IT systems and requested non-approved supplemental onsite repair assistance activities. Vendors are invited to submit information demonstrating their ability to fulfill the requirement in the form of a capability response that addresses the specific requirement identified in this notice no later than 30 August 2017. Responses to this notice should include company name, address, telephone number, point of contact (POC), and brochures which will allow the Government to understand your offerings and options. Telephone responses will not be accepted. All vendors providing to the Federal Government are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) registry with NAICS code 811219.
