Description

Page 1 of 1 The Albany VA Medical Center located at 113 Holland Ave. Albany, NY 12208 has a requirement for Service Maintenance on one ArcCHECK standard maintenance, MapCHECK 2 software and hardware maintenance, and TomoDOSE extended warranty (standard maintenance) from 10/01/2017-09/30/2018 and to include four option years. The contractor shall use only new or remanufactured parts approved by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Only OEM trained and certified technicians shall preform the services listed below. The services required for this piece of equipment is as follows: Schedule Preventative Maintenance Services as per the manufacture s recommendations Telephone Support 8AM to 8PM EST, Monday-Friday. Contractor shall provide complimentary service loaners for any hardware that is returned for repair, troubleshooting, etc. Contractor shall provide access to all updated user manuals and references guides as released by the OEM. The NAICS Code is 811219. The expected cost for this firm fixed price contract to include four option years is $50,000 to $100,000.00. This sources sought is to determine whether there is sufficient interest to warrant either an open market or a small business set aside competition for this procurement.. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Albany VA Medical Centers. This is not a solicitation.
