Please see file attached for: SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR HAEMONETICS ANESTHESIA TEG PM SERVICES General Requirements: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), San Diego Healthcare System for Preventive Maintenance service for two on-site preventive maintenance inspections for the TEG machines per year with parts, labor and travel expenses covered. PM inspections shall be scheduled by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). The intended contract period will be for a base year and up to four (4) one-year option periods, which shall begin October 1, 2017.
