Description
This is a non-personal services contract to provide sustainment operations management services for the Texas Military Forces (TXMF). The contractor shall provide services augmenting the Texas Army National Guard (TXARNG) in five areas of concentration: Command Logistics Review (CLRT), Supply Discipline (CSDP), Maintenance Discipline (CMDP), Logistics Security Management (PSI) and Supply Assistance Evaluations (Training). The Contractor shall provide experience, expertise and working knowledge concerning sustainment operations management (SOM) for all units within the TXARNG, with prime emphasis on regulatory requirements facilitated by the Full Time Unit Support (FTUS) personnel. The following is a list of identified objectives: -Contractor will conduct site visits on subordinate units in order to review policies, procedures, doctrine, systems, training, personnel, and all matters affecting logistics in the following areas: 1. Command Logistics Review Support (CLRT) 2. Command Supply Discipline Program Review (CSDP) 3. Command Maintenance Discipline Program Review (CMDP) 4. Logistics Security Management Support (PSI) -Contractor shall identify problems at all levels utilizing National Guard Bureau assessment criteria in order for commanders and staff to take corrective actions on all finding. -Contractor shall maintain records of all completed scheduled assessments. Contractor shall furnish a copy of the assessments conducted to the unit, chain of command and the TXARNG G4. -These assessments will be conducted on all (CLRT, CSDP, CMDP, PSI) procedures to twelve (12) separate locations across Texas within a 90 day period of performance. Based off the results of the assessments (per location), contractor shall provide corrective and remedial training to FTUS personnel. Texas Military Forces is seeking sources capable of providing sustainment operations management services that would identify, train, and improve the TXARNG's current sustainment posture.
