This solicitation is being issued on an urestricted basis to allow for full and open competition. The associated NAICS code is 334416. Offerors must also be registered in Systems for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov per FAR 52.212.1 lack of registration in SAM will qualify contractor as ineligible for award.
