Description

The Fleet Logistic Center, Groton, CT contracting office intends to award a sole source purchase order to Avaya Federal Solutions, Inc. to procure the installation of a Avaya phone system at Fleet and Family Support Center at NSU Saratoga Springs, NY. This purchase will be done under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13) and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1.
