- CLOSED CIRCUIT VIDEO SYSTEM INSTALLATIONS This is a combined synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561621 with a small business size standard of $20.5 Million. This requirement is a small business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit a proposal. The Bureau of Land Management has a requirement to install Closed Circuit Video System Installation at five locations: El Malpais Ranger Station, Farmington Fire Facility, Grants Field Station, Rio Grande Gorge Visitor Center, and Wild River Recreation Area Visitor Center. The Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, labor, conduit, equipment rental, supervision, training and tools required to provide and install a new CCV system at each location. The CCV system shall be a stand-alone private system for each facility location only. The period of performance is October 1, 2017 to March 31, 2018. Offerors are encouraged to periodically check for amendments and other changes to solicitation L17PS00984. The Government intends to award a contract to a responsible contractor whose proposal is responsive and provides "Best Value" on a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. To be considered for award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines, offeror must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Registration must be "ACTIVE" at the time of award. Offers are being accepted through FedConnect and by electronic mail to etippeco@blm.gov. Offers must be submitted via company letter head, referencing L17PS00984, your company name, point of contact, address, phone number, DUNS number, the unit price, the extended price, total price and any prompt payment discount terms.
